Our first Pilates for Mums and Bubs class was held at Toronto on Thursday. Laura, Recovery Station Physio and Pilates Instructor led the group and everyone had a great time.
Pilates is great for new mums, particularly for strengthening pelvic floor, abdominals and toning. It’s also a great stretch to assist with all the lifting and carrying required with a baby. If you are interested call now to arrange your initial assessment with Laura.
