Leaving nutrition related conditions unaddressed can lead to a range of health problems. Caitlin will explore with you how managing nutrition and therapeutic diets can put individuals on a path to improved health and well being, while avoiding preventable ailments. Caitlin will also discuss modifying diets in managing certain medical conditions. You will learn how dietitians can help with effective weight management, higher energy levels and the overall improvement to health and wellbeing.
