Doing what you care about
Having suffered a stroke 12 years ago, Helen* experienced difficulties in moving her left arm and leg. Working with the physiotherapist and occupational therapist to improve her movement and increase her mobility, Helen’s goal of sitting on the floor to play with her grandchildren has become a reality.
Gaining a voice
Due to an acquired disability early in life, *John was no longer able to speak. With regular speech pathology services accessed through his NDIS plan, John’s confidence has grown and after 28 years without talking, he’s now able to hum to songs and say ‘thank you’.
Living more independently
Using a wheelchair for mobility Sandra* was unable to leave her house without assistance and support staff. With the support of her Occupational Therapist and NDIS, a ramp was installed at Sandra’s home helping her to regain her independence, allowing her to confidently undertake more daily tasks, and access the community again.
Holistic care focused on your needs
Danny* was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, he required a range of services to support his needs. Danny is able to access all his allied health services under one roof including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and dietetics.
