Our Commitment
Recovery Station is committed to conducting business ethically, with integrity, transparency, and accountability. We actively work to prevent modern slavery, human trafficking, and serious misconduct in our operations and supply chains.
We support the objectives of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW), and proactively align our policies and practices with their principles.
Speaking Up
We encourage all employees, contractors, clients, suppliers, and members of our care network to raise concerns about suspected misconduct. You do not need proof—a reasonable suspicion is enough. Reportable matters may include:
- Modern slavery or human rights concerns
- Illegal activity or breaches of law
- Fraud, corruption, or financial misconduct
- Serious breaches of company policies
- Conduct endangering staff or client wellbeing
- Retaliation against someone who has raised a concern
Protection for Whistleblowers
We are committed to protecting anyone who reports concerns in good faith. Retaliation, victimisation, harassment, or adverse treatment will not be tolerated. All reports will be handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially, in line with legislation.
