Workers Compensation & CTP Rehabilitation

Supporting Recovery, Return to Work and Everyday Life

Our SIRA approved clinicians provide multidisciplinary allied health rehabilitation for people recovering from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents under NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.

An injury can affect more than one part of a person’s life, from movement, strength and confidence to independence and the ability to participate in work and everyday activities.

From managing pain and restoring movement to rebuilding strength, confidence and capacity, our team helps people make meaningful progress towards the things that matter to them.

We work collaboratively with insurance companies, occupational rehabilitation providers, case managers, employers, GPs and other treating professionals to keep rehabilitation coordinated and focused on practical recovery goals.

Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation

One team, multiple disciplines, working together around the person.

Different injuries require different types of support, and those needs can change as rehabilitation progresses. Our multidisciplinary model allows different allied health disciplines to provide support at the right stage, based on the person’s presentation, needs, and rehabilitation plan.

Having multiple allied health disciplines within one team supports:

  • Coordinated care across different areas of rehabilitation
  • Treatment that can adapt as needs and priorities change
  • A consistent focus on agreed rehabilitation and return-to-work goals
  • Clear communication with the wider treating and rehabilitation team

Our core Workers Compensation and CTP rehabilitation services are delivered by Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology, with each discipline bringing a different area of expertise to the rehabilitation process.

For more complex injuries, Speech Pathology and Dietetics can also be incorporated where clinically appropriate.

Our Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation services include:

Physiotherapy

Our physios support people recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgery, pain and reduced mobility. Treatment focuses on managing pain, restoring movement and mobility, rebuilding strength, and progressively increasing physical function for everyday activities and work.

Exercise Physiology

Our EPs provide individually tailored exercise rehabilitation to rebuild strength, endurance, mobility and physical capacity. Programs can incorporate the physical demands of work and everyday activities to build capacity for a safe, sustainable return to activity.

Occupational Therapy

Our OTs help people regain function and independence after injury through functional assessments, strategies to overcome barriers, equipment and home and work modifications, and, where appropriate, driving assessment and vehicle modifications.

Psychology

Our psychologists support people experiencing psychological injury or barriers to recovery, including anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties, persistent pain and reduced confidence. Treatment focuses on improving wellbeing and function and supporting progress towards meaningful recovery and return-to-work goals.

A Responsive Allied Health Rehab Partner - our difference

Our clinicians work collaboratively with the wider treating team to provide:

  • Collaboration with GPs and other treating professionals
  • Identification of barriers affecting recovery
  • Strategies to increase work capacity and tolerance
